Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Chocolate Covered Strawberries:
Ingredients:
1/2 bag of Chcolate Chips
Strawberries,washed and patted dry
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
Appliances:
Some kind of double boiler(I used a stock pot with a saute' pan on top)
Stove
Whisk
Plate
Wax Paper
Instructions:
I put water in the bottom of the double-boiler,heated it up,placed the saute' pan on top,careful not to touch the water. Then I melted the butter in the saute' pan, then gradually added the chocolate chips, stirring for until melted. Be careful not to overcook, or burn the chocolate or you will have to throw it out. Once all the chocolate is melted, take it off the heat. Then dip stawberries into the chocolate. Place Strawberries on wax paper thats on a plate. Chill. Put in the love.
